Preparation for Your Appointment:
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for a smooth start to your session.

If you exhibit cold or flu symptoms, please stay at home and inform us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Inform us in advance of any allergies to ensure your safety and comfort.

REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancellation or Rescheduling:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the confirmed booking time cannot be accommodated.

No-Show Policy:
Deposits will not be refunded for no-shows.
Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice may impact your ability to book future services.

Late Arrivals:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may limit our ability to offer the full service.
Late arrivals may result in the loss of your deposit and the inability to perform the scheduled service.
We request that clients communicate any changes at their earliest convenience. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
